What is Inclusion?
Inclusion is the educational practice of teaching children with disabilities in the general education classroom with their non-disabled peers. Here at Tippin we are an all inclusive school and we practice what is known as the "push-in" model of inclusion. This means that the Special Education teacher enters the classroom, for a period of time, to provide instruction and support to both the students and the general education teacher.
